STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Recipe Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. diced rhubarb
2 c. sliced strawberry
1 tbsp. margarine
9 in. (2 crust) unbaked pie shells

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Recipe Cooking:

Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg to make two 9 inch rhubarb pie shells.

Add rhubarb and strawberry fruit mixing well. Spoon into 9 inch pie shell. Dot with margarine.

Moisten edges of pie crust. Put on top crust.

Bake in hot oven 400 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes.

Serve the strawberry rhubarb pie slightly warm.
