Rhubarb Recipe Ingredients:
CRUST:
1 c. butter
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
FILLING:
4 c. rhubarb
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
4 egg yolks
Rhubarb Recipe Cooking:
Mix crust ingredients. Pat into 9"x13" pan. Build up the sides. Mix filling ingredients thoroughly. Pour into crust and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and put on meringue. Beat 3 or 4 egg whites until foamy. Add 1 1/4 cups sugar gradually and beat until stiff. Bake 15 minutes longer.
