Rhubarb Recipe Ingredients:
8 qt. cut-up rhubarb
6 c. sugar
1 pkg. red Kool-Aid
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
12 c. water
Rhubarb Recipe Cooking:
Cover cut-up rhubarb with water and boil until soft. Do not stir. Strain through a cloth. Add sugar, Kool-Aid, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Then add 12 more cups of water. Freeze or can the juice. Makes 12 quarts and works well as a punch or breakfast drink.
