POTATO WEDGE APPETIZER
Potato Wedge Recipe Ingredients:
24 oz. pkg. frozen potato wedges
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded American or
Cheddar cheese
1 c. cooked, crumbled bacon
1/4 c. sliced green onion
Potato Wedge Recipe Cooking:
Heat oven according to package directions. Layer potatoes in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake according to package directions. Immediately sprinkle with cheese, bacon and onion, continue baking for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
