FESTIVE POTATO WEDGES
Potato Recipe Ingredients:
2 tbsp. oleo
3 med. potatoes
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. powdered salad dressing
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Pinch of salt
Potato Recipe Cooking:
Melt oleo. Scrub potatoes, cut into wedges, roll wedges in oleo. Combine balance and sprinkle over potatoes. Microwave for 10 minutes.
