BROCCOLI OR SPINACH PIE
Broccoli Recipe Ingredients:
2 pie crusts
4 med. eggs
1 sm. Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. pkg. spinach or broccoli
Broccoli Recipe Cooking:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prick 1 pie crust and bake for about 15 minutes. Cook vegetables according to directions and drain. Cut up Mozzarella and spread around pie crust, that has been baked. Place spinach or broccoli in same pie crust and add salt according to taste. Beat eggs and place in pie crust. Put second pie crust on top and seal edges. Vent top and bake 15 minutes more.
