Brocolli Recipes - Cooking Broccoli

BROCCOLI BAKE RECIPE

Broccoli Bake Recipe Ingredients:

1 can Campbell's Creamy Chicken
Mushroom or Creamy Chicken Soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 1/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. grated carrots
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese (shredded)

Broccoli Bake Recipe Cooking:

Combine soup, sour cream, flour, 3/4 cup herb stuffing mix, shredded carrots. Then put in broccoli. Add Swiss cheese and mix all together. Put in buttered casserole (2 quart). Toss 1 1/2 cups stuffing mix with melted butter, spoon over mixture. Sprinkle stuffing around outsides of dish and cheese in the middle.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
