MOM'S MARINATED ASPARAGUS
Asparagus Recipe Ingredients:
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. oil
2 bunches asparagus (about 20 stocks)
Asparagus Recipe Cooking:
In a shallow dish with lid mix dressing, water, vinegar and oil. Set aside. Clean and prepare asparagus. In a large skillet add about 1/2 inch of water. Add asparagus. On medium heat steam until tender, about 5 to 10 minutes. Put asparagus (while hot) into dressing mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 day, better if it is 2 days. Serve cold. An Easter Dinner Favorite.
