ASPARAGUS SPICE COOKIES
Asparagus Recipe Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. mashed asparagus
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
Asparagus Recipe Cooking:
Blend all ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until light brown in color. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
