ASPARAGUS ROLL - UPS
Asparagus Recipe Ingredients:
1 pkg. lg. Arnold white bread, cut
crust off
1 pkg. lg. cream cheese
3 oz. blue cheese
1 beaten egg
2 cans Green Giant asparagus, drain
1/2 lb. melted butter
Asparagus Recipe Cooking:
Cut crusts off bread and roll out thin. Cream together cream cheese and blue cheese and add 1 beaten egg. Spread on bread. Lay 1 stalk of asparagus on each piece of bread and roll up. Dip rolls in melted butter. Put on cookie sheet and freeze. To serve thaw cut in thirds and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
